The AWE Learning All-in-One workstations, purchased in the U.S. & Canada, include limited warranty coverage for a period of three (3) years from the date of shipment.
NOTE: the warranty can be extended for an additional one (1) or two (2) years at an additional cost.
AWE Learning ELS Tablets include a two (2) year limited warranty with optional accidental damage coverage for an additional cost.
Keyboards and Mice purchased with an AWE Learning workstation are covered under the same warranty as the AWE Learning Unit. Damage or misuse of the product is not covered under this warranty.
The coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship in the AWE Learning hardware. It also covers malfunctions in general operation of the AWE Learning product that are not pre-existing in the original educational software titles.
• Problems that result from:
External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power.
Servicing not authorized by AWE Learning.
Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
Failure to follow the product usage instructions.
Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by AWE Learning.
Damage to audio port (Please use the breakaway replug connector)
• Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers.
• Products for which we have not received payment.

ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN TIME TO THE TERM OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD (3 years). NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD HAS EXPIRED. AWE DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST CUSTOMER FOR DAMAGES, FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, OR FOR LOST DATA OR LOST SOFTWARE.
