The AWE Learning All-in-One and Tower workstations, purchased in the U.S. & Canada, include limited warranty coverage for a period of three (3) years from the date of shipment. NOTE: the warranty can be extended for an additional one (1) or two (2) years at an additional cost.
AWE Learning Tablets include a two (2) year limited warranty with optional accidental damage coverage for an additional cost.
All other products are covered under a 90-day limited warranty.
What is covered by this limited warranty?
The coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship in the AWE Learning hardware. It also covers malfunctions in general operation of the AWE Learning product that are not pre-existing in the original educational software titles.
What is not covered by this limited warranty?
- Problems that result from:
–– External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power.
–– Servicing not authorized by AWE Learning.
–– Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
–– Failure to follow the product usage instructions.
–– Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by AWE Learning.
–– Damage to audio port. (Please use the breakaway replug connector.)
- Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers.
- Products for which we have not received payment.
