Warranty Information

AWE Learning All-in-One workstations purchased in the U.S. and Canada include a 3-year limited warranty from the date of shipment—providing peace of mind and long-term value for your investment.
For added protection, this warranty can be extended for an additional 1 or 2 years at an additional cost.
Keyboards and mice purchased with your workstation are covered under the same warranty. Please note that damage caused by misuse is not covered.
What’s Covered
Our limited warranty ensures your workstation performs as expected. Coverage includes:
- Defects in materials and workmanship within AWE Learning hardware
- Malfunctions in the general system operation (not related to pre-installed educational content)
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to issues resulting from:
- Accidents, abuse, misuse, or external factors (including power issues)
- Unauthorized servicing or modifications
- Use outside of product guidelines or failure to follow instructions
- Third-party accessories, parts, or components not supplied by AWE Learning
- Damage to the audio port (please use the breakaway replug connector)
- Missing or altered service tags or serial numbers
- Products for which payment has not been received

Warranty Terms & Limitations
AWE Learning’s responsibility for hardware defects or malfunctions is limited to repair or replacement of the product.
All warranties—express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose—are limited to the 3-year warranty period (or extended term, if applicable). After this period, no warranties apply.
AWE Learning is not liable for:
- Consequential or incidental damages
- Third-party claims
- Loss of use, data, or software
Liability will not exceed the amount originally paid for the product.
